Our mission is to help men achieve their optimal health, deal with issues of declining urological health, and get men back to the top of their game.
Are the treatments/surgeries at The Y Factor painful?
We take all precautions to ensure you are in as little pain as possible. Many of our patients have reported low pain levels, around 1-2 on a scale of 10.
Do you have a deposit Policy?
The Y Factor’s commitment to care means we want a urologist available to see patients when they need it. In order to minimize no-shows, The Y Factor requires a deposit for special procedures like the no-scalpel vasectomy, Shang Ring Circumcision, and other select procedures. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your urological services or forfeited if you no-show.
*100% of the deposit will be forfeited for no shows or cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the procedure. All cancellations must be via phone call and communication to our office staff. All cancellations or reschedule appointments greater than 48 hours before your procedure qualify for a refund or reapply the deposit to that later date.
How do I check if I am fertile?
A semen analysis performed on an ejaculated semen sample provides the necessary information to determine fertility. This sample provides information on the number of sperm, swimming ability or motility, and whether they are the right shape to cause a pregnancy. You can order an at-home semen analysis kit from us here.
