What I would urge you to do is to allow someone who specializes in this area of expertise to provide you with medically sound advice, specific to your needs.
One of the most valuable tools that a medical provider has is a history and physical which is of paramount importance. Our evaluation can determine if your pain is coming from the bladder, urethra, prostate, inguinal canal, spermatic cord, or the testicle and can help guide our recommendations. The next step of our evaluation could include external or internal imaging and laboratory data. The search for the answer requires the skills of a urological team. Genital pain requires investigation and intervention.
