Please be advised that Dr. Russel Williams will be leaving The Y Factor effective December 31, 2026. After this date, Dr. Williams will no longer be available to provide medical care through The Y Factor.

Continuing Your Care

Patients may continue their care with another provider at The Y Factor. If you prefer to transfer your care to another physician or medical practice, you may do so.

Medical Records

Patients who have received care from Dr. Williams may request a copy of their medical records or request that their records be transferred to another physician or healthcare provider.

Medical Records Custodian

Male Reproductive Clinic, P.A. will remain the custodian of medical records for patients previously treated by Dr. Williams. Patients may contact the practice using the information above to request access to or transfer of their medical records.
