DR.GRIMALDO is by far one of the best if not the best at what he does I went in with a health scare of TYPE 2 DIABETES and when I explained what was going on with my body he knew exactly what it was and what was going on with my body. He gave me a complete breakdown of the diagnosis and course of action on what our game plan will be and how things would go if put in the work on top of that gave me a diet and workout plan as well I must say this guy knows exactly what he is doing and things are definitely going in the right direction making him my PCP was definitely one of my better choices in 2024

This Team is here to Help!! I met with the FNP - Ben Martinez yesterday and speaking to him about what was going on, where I’ve been with care, etc; Ben just listened. He took my complex situation of where I’ve been and what I’ve done prior and melded a customized plan for me, knowing that Overall Health & Longevity were the most important with me. It’s been a long time since I’ve spoken with a care team that just wants to help like that. He’s been doing this for years, and probably knew the answer to my question when I was 1/4 of the way into my schpiel, but he listened anyways and let me finish my monologue of what kind of care I’ve received and where I’m wanting to go. It was Incredible service and Ben gets it, he’s here to Help and the Team at the front desk are All Stars too, super kind and you can tell how the staff works together that they’re in an atmosphere where autonomy is prioritized. The guy at the front desk even talked to me about Premier League Soccer and Champions League, it was just great all the way around ????

I had great experience. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They answer any and all questions or concerns I had. The vasectomy was done very well. I felt like I was in good hands. If a vasectomy is right for you, I recommend the Y Factor. 5 stars.

15 years ago, I had a vasectomy and recently needed a sperm retrieval for my wife’s IVF procedure. I also had been experiencing discomfort in my left testicle because of a mass which was discovered during an ultrasound at Dr Williams office. Dr Williams took care of both issues with one single surgery. His office staff were extremely helpful, and all office visits are relatively quick. Hands down, he is one of the best Urologist I have ever been to and would definitely recommend his office to others.
